Qualifications & experience
Preferably diesel driven pump repairs and maintenance
Diesel engine maintenance and fault finding experience
General auto elec experience
Proven customer rapport building skills
Proven team player
Consistent willing, positive and 'can-do' attitude
Pays attention to detail and always cares about accuracy
Tasks & responsibilities
Routine Plant and Equipment Tests, Inspections and Maintenance
Onsite Plant and Equipment Servicing
Emergency call-outs
Site set up and commissioning
Customer Technical Support
Plant & Equipment Servicing Training
As Operations Coordinator you will:
Order & Scheduling: Plan, schedule, dispatch, close hire contracts, and manage invoicing
Equipment Management: Receive, test, maintain, and arrange repairs/replacements
Systems & Records: Maintain accurate CRM, contracts, equipment records, and reporting
Site & Customer Support: Assist with deliveries/setup and provide professional customer service
Compliance & Improvement: Adhere to WHS and company policies; suggest process improvements
WHS: Work safely at all times, use PPE, report hazards/incidents, and never operate under impairment
