JD - Plant and Machinery Engineer
Exp. – 5-7 years
On Site – Jaipur (Rajasthan)
Qualification - B.Tech in Mechanical
Candidate must have experience in : Construction of highways
Preparation of Preventive maintenance Schedules for Vehicles and Equipment
Preparation of Daily, Weekly/Monthly Reports
Inventory Management
Preparation of Technical Comparison Statement for P & M Assets
Maintenance Budget Preparation for P & M Assets
Study of Engg Drawings
Mobilize Veh/Eqpt as per Project Requirements
Spares Planning & Procurement, Monitoring and Control of Spares
Budget preparation and Billing for the project/hired machinery
Hands on experience in RMC Plant and Construction Vehicles/ equipment Operation and Maintenance
Exposure in P & M Asset Maintenance in any Manufacturing Industry/Highway construction/Contractor
Planning, Mobilizing, Monitoring & Maintenance of P & M Assets .
Follows-up with Workshop repair and maintenance of plant and equipment to ensure their availability on site or minimizes non-usage.
Monitor performance of plant and equipment used on site to determine efficiency and maximum utilization.
Maintains and updates breakdown record of all equipment and suggest ways to minimize breakdown period.
Ensures there is sufficient amount of oil and diesel on site for machine requirements.
Prepares monthly summary of total maintenance cost for all plant and equipment
