We are hiring for Plant Head with our leading Client in UPS Manufacturing for Pune.
Responsibilities:
The Primary Responsibility Of This Position Is
• Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and meeting them.
• Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly.
• Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.
• Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.
Required candidate profile:
1. Experience in 3 Ph UPS / Inverter / ESS up to 250 KW.
2. Minimum experience of 15 years in the same UPS / Solar Inverter Industry.
3. Degree in Engineering Electronics / Electrical.
Location-Pune
CTC -Upto 18 LPA
