• End to End Compliance Management Compliance as per applicable labour laws, POSH, GPCB etc.
• Plant Administration Canteen management, Employee bus services, Security management, Plant 5s score (Housekeeping)
• IR Issuing legal notice, domestic inquiry, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, apprentice & 2P settlement along with works committee
• Settlement
• Labour Laws
• Contract Work Management
