Job Purpose and Scope

This role is accountable for Employee Engagement for the assigned location/employee group, Compliance to defined HR policies and processes, Query redressal & grievance management, Timely and accurate data management and reporting, Vendor Performance & Management, 100% Statutory and labour compliances, Admin Budget Management, Zero Non Conformity in Audits, and Stakeholder Feedback on services.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle

The ideal candidate will partner with employees to implement HR policies and processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, and exit), Address and escalate employee grievances related to HR initiatives and policies, Support talent acquisition with onboarding, induction, and creating job descriptions for modified roles, Drive engagement activities to improve employee motivation and satisfaction, and Communicate and manage changes related to organization and processes.

HR Data Management and Reporting:

This role involves providing data management and analytical support for HR initiatives, including tracking, reporting, and publishing dashboards (MIS), Reviewing payroll inputs and approving compliance on HR systems.

Compliance and Audit

Admin Operations and Compliance:

The successful candidate will ensure adherence to and periodic review of Admin SOPs and policies, Manage vendor performance, including rate negotiations, contract drafting, and regular reviews, Liaise with statutory bodies, legal teams, and other external stakeholders.

Budgeting and Vendor Management:

This role requires preparing, controlling, and managing the Admin budget and vendor expenses, Negotiating and finalizing vendor commercials while ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.

Facilities and Welfare Management:

The ideal candidate will oversee the upkeep and maintenance of plant facilities, guesthouses, and employee welfare services, Participate in audits (HR, Admin, Vendor, Customer) and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Event and Training Management:

This role involves organizing and managing training, conferences, and employee events as required.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Education:

Masters with specialization in HRExperience:

7+ years of experienceSkills and Competencies:

- General understanding of the business and the products

- Detailed understanding of HR practices, policies, and processes

- Strong data management and analysis skills
