Responsibilities
· Build relationships with Clients and employees.
· Take care day to day operational activities in Plants.
· To maintain smooth function and harmony in plants.
· Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
· Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
· Help the sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
· Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
· Look in to competition to find new ways to retain customers
Required skills
Hands on experience in Unit Operational Functions.
Hands on experience as a supervision/ incharge as well.
Proven track records of day to day activities related to the role.
Experience in tracking relevant KPIs e.g. customer satisfaction
Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
A customer-oriented attitude
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
