We are looking for an individual who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and take pride in maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our team
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
A minimum of 2 years of experience in janitorial or housekeeping roles, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting
Proficiency in various cleaning methods, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and dusting
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and understanding of their safe use and storage
Ability to perform minor maintenance tasks
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness and order
Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to lift heavy items and spend long periods on your feet
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
A commitment to safety and adherence to all company policies and procedures

You will be a vital part of our team, ensuring our manufacturing plant remains clean, safe, and efficient
With a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, no two days will be the same in this exciting role
As a Permanent Plant Janitor / Housekeeping professional, you will be responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of our manufacturing plant
Your duties will include, but not be limited to
Ensuring all areas of the plant are clean and tidy, including the production floor, offices, restrooms, and break rooms
Performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and dusting
Responding to cleaning emergencies or unexpected spills quickly and efficiently
Maintaining cleaning supplies inventory and notifying management when supplies are low
Adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Performing minor maintenance tasks when required, such as changing light bulbs or fixing minor leaks
Assisting with waste management, including sorting and disposing of waste in a responsible manner
