We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Plant Head to join our team at Packtek Industries. Plant Head will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
Responsibilities: Managing Operations:
• Managing daily plant operations, Target vs Actual
• Generating MIS reports for management decisions
• Control on Scrap
• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
• Handling all matters related to the manufacturing plant.
• Resolving all technical issues of the corrugation plant.
Maintenance And Efficiency
• Overseeing equipment maintenance, building security, and protection.
• Developing a preventive maintenance program for all the machines
• Setting performance goals and expectations and measuring through KPI.
Quality Control And Cost Management
• Monitoring and testing various plant processes.
• Controlling costs to achieve Optimization.
• Meeting production objectives Building trustworthy relationships with employees and workers
• Participating in manufacturing-related activities (quality, productivity, safety, Seven or more years of experience in plant operations or engineering
• Proven skills in leadership and supervision
• Demonstrated understanding of lean manufacturing principles
• Technical qualification like BE/ BTech / Diploma required
• Candidate must be from the packaging
