Job Description
Setup laboratory procedures following standard operating procedures (SOPs) with mínimal supervision. - Setting up lab for plant tissue culture - Ensure proper documentation relating to all experiments is kept up to date. - Preparation of media and stock solutions. - Transferring plants on selection media through growth chamber production. - Monitor plant growth and participate in inventory monitoring of plant population and make detailed records in the tissue culture lab. - General sanitation including cleaning of lab and work area.
