Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plasterer to join our construction team. Experience is mandatory. We are a fast paced crew looking to add 1 - 2 guys to the team.
Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or applying primers to ensure proper adhesion of plaster.
Mix plaster materials according to specifications and apply them evenly using hand tools such as trowels and hawks.
Install or repair drywall, insulation, or other building components in conjunction with plastering tasks.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes.
Maintain a clean work environment and properly store tools and materials after use.
Requirements
3 years experience.
Proven experience in plastering or related construction trades such as masonry, restoration, or drywall installation.
Proficiency with hand tools including trowels, caulking guns, and other manual equipment.
Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites.
Ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift heavy materials when necessary.
Pay: $25.00-$36.83 per hour
