Roles and Responsibility
Job Description
• We are seeking talented and motivated individuals for the role of API Developer. Successful candidates will be experienced programmers who can develop user stories, develop test cases, break down, design, and develop solutions in an environment with constant collaborative discussions. They will be matured individuals who are comfortable working in an agile environment with critical peer reviews of design and code. They must be able to offer constructive critical reviews of other's designs and code. They must be able to collaboratively work with product owners to develop use stories and test cases. They will be able to research, trial, and recommend new technologies of interest to the group. They will have experience with taking code through testing, deployment, and production and will not have merely handed off code to QA and Production Support.

The successful candidate is expected to:
• Have good sense on IT service management, manage incidents, problems, changes, of varying complexity.
• Manage relationships and communication with all application stakeholders, provide clear and concise progress updates to key stakeholders.
• Ensure the team adheres to scrum theory, practices and rules, and work as a servant leader within the project team.
• Provide clear ownership for and visibility of the resolution of all application risks and issues
• Lead improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of the production support and contribute to the identification of areas of improvement.
• Support the Development and Support Manager with Programme Level activates when required.
• Prioritize work to successfully deliver service in a diverse environment.
• Put forward ideas to improve automation and/or efficiency and own through to implementation.
• Perform proactive knowledge transfer and cross training with internal teams.
• All these responsibilities need to be applied in the context of the Microsoft Dynamics Platform.

Our Ideal Candidate
• Degree in Computer/Software Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of software development
• An excellent problem solver and trouble shooter
• Has experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and Agile environment
• Experience in assessing, architecting, and delivering MarTech and AdTech, Data, and Analytics solutions
• Has deep understanding of is a thought leader around the marketing technology and ad-tech landscape and players
• Has worked on most of the technologies spanning digital analytics, marketing automation, audience management, content management and test & target
• Good knowledge of Confluence and JIRA to conduct activities in an agile environment
• Web Security knowledge
• SRE certification is a plus
• University Degree in Computer Sciences or a related discipline.
• 7+ Years of relevant work experience.
