Responsibilities

Conduct Architectural Evaluation Design and Analysis of Client Enterprisewide systems

Ensure RPA Implementation Team delivers robust system solution to Client Operations

Develop Enhance and Maintain established service design procedure and process to assure apt and robust Solution

Work closely with Client Enterprise Architect within Architecture Services team to assure constant compliance of Clients strategic blueprints and architecture

Head responsibility for ongoing suggestions and best practices for UiPath Client Implementations Custom Solutions Product Support and above all the UiPath Enterprise Platform itself

Collaborate with IT development team to assure architectural solution could be suitably translated into effectual and robust implementation

Identify customer requirements analyse alternatives and conduct solution recommendations related to software platform and network configurations

Assist Sales and PreSales team in their client conversations in order ensure maximum conversions and highquality dialogue

Plan design and execute complex UiPath Internal and Client Solution Configurations

Ensure testing assistance and guidance to Implementation Team

Prepare and present test plan Solution Design technical presentations analyst briefings plus white papers to respond to different Custom Solution deliverables

Designing developing and executing automated test scripts using Eggplant Automation

Identifying and analyzing software defects and issues

Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful deployment of software applications

Creating and maintaining test documentation including test plans test cases and defect reports

Performing compatibility and integration testing

Troubleshooting and resolving testing issues

Conducting performance testing and analyzing test results

Participating in Agile development processes and contributing to continuous improvement efforts

Requirements :

6 8 years of work Experience in IT Industry

3 Years of UiPath experience as an Architect

24 years of experience in NET Suite C or VB net is must

UiPath RPA Solution Architect Certification and Advanced Developer Certification a must

Develop workflows and custom activities using C

Prior Work experiencePOCs on Studio Pro Document Understanding AI Centre Action Centre andor Computer vision is a big plus

Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and IT systems Process minded Good Presentation and communication skills are essential

Previous experience in application or implementation support domain is necessary

Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory

Basic Knowledge on UiPath Deployment Architecture and Cloud platforms AzureAWS

Previous work experience in 3rd Party Integrations with UiPath like Abby Salesforce Service Now andor SharePoint a plus

Prior Experience on RFPs RFQs estimations and other similar Technical Documentation is a plus

UiPath Certified Professionals UCP preferred

Strong proficiency in Eggplant Automation

Experience with BUGZILLA for bug tracking

Proficiency in SQL for database testing

Familiarity with JIRA for issue tracking and project management

Knowledge of TestNG framework

Ability to work in a fastpaced collaborative environment

Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills

As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the ServiceNow technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities:

- Architect, design, develop, test, and maintain ServiceNow platform following industry best practices.
- Implement and communicate best practice principles for Architecture & Integration ensuring they are well documented and followed by developers, administrators, and 3rd party vendors.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver ServiceNow solutions.
- Work with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues/incidents.
- Support ServiceNow Architecture and lifecycle management for new and existing ServiceNow Integrations.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and backlog items are prioritized.
- Demonstrate a flexible and adaptive approach to accommodate changing requirements.
- Ensure clear communication and transparency within the team and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for new/improved Architecture opportunities.
- Identify and implement platform optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with Quality, Cybersecurity and Testing teams to ensure the quality and security of the platform and the solutions provided.
- Communicate with the business process analysts and stakeholders to identify current and future roadmap and strategies for the platform.
- Must be self-directed with proven ability to make mature decisions supported by thorough data and process analysis.
- Mentor and train junior ServiceNow developers.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow technical architecture and development experience
- Broad exposure to ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, GRC(IRM/TPRM), HRSD, SPM, Custom App)
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform functionalities including Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Scripting and Integration Hub
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with leading the junior architect and mentoring them
- Experience with ServiceNow Platform technical governance
- Experience with GRC (IRM, TPRM)
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages
- Experience with ServiceNow reporting and analytics
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
