Platform Architect/Manager (AWS, DevOps, GitHub Actions) -- LOCAL TO TEXAS

Role: Platform Architect/Manager

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Full Time Hire / Permanent

Technical Skills:
• 15+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code principles.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Typescript) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• Advanced proficiency in GitHub Actions, with experience in creating complex workflows and custom actions.
• Extensive hands-on experience in writing, managing, and deploying Terraform for infrastructure management.
• Deep knowledge of AWS, including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and networking.
• Proven experience implementing security frameworks, compliance controls, and governance processes in cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and monitoring tools (Datadog, Cloudwatch).

Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools).
