About the role
We’re looking for a Platform Architect to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, cloud‑native automation that powers our multi‑tenant, multi‑cloud managed services.
In this role, you’ll combine hands‑on engineering while shaping the automation strategy that underpins our next generation of platforms.
What you’ll do:
Lead the design, build and continuous improvement of automation across Azure, AWS, Broadcom VMware Cloud and ServiceNOW.
Create reusable automation frameworks, IaC and orchestration capabilities that support platform operations and CI/CD pipelines.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring across PowerShell, Terraform, Python, Typescript, and modern UI/UX frameworks.
Partner with stakeholders across engineering, security, business and product teams to ensure automation delivers measurable value.
Evaluate and integrate AI/ML tooling where it enhances efficiency, operations or user experience.
What you bring:
Demonstrated experience designing automation, systems architecture and integration patterns across cloud and hybrid environments.
Strong skills in PowerShell, Terraform, Python, Typescript and modern front/back‑end frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, FastAPI).
Deep understanding of Azure, AWS and VMware Cloud, including multi‑tenant and hybrid architecture design.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, configuration management (DSC, Puppet), policy‑as‑code, and secure coding practices.
Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux, monitoring platforms (e.g., ScienceLogic), ITIL processes, API integration and cloud‑native service models.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical strategy, and to communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
