We seek a Platform Engineer with strong experience in Platform/Infrastructure Support. You should have expertise in managing Active Directory, SCCM, SolarWinds, and other enterprise technologies. Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform, and knowledge of scripting tools including PowerShell, Python, and Bash are essential. Experience in supporting VDI platforms like VMware, Citrix, or Hyper-V, alongside strong exposure to networking and network storage systems, is necessary. Familiarity with ITSM tools and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly desirable.
???????????????? Your responsibilities are:
In this role, I will design, implement, and manage enterprise platform technologies, including servers, networks, and storage systems. I will provide administration and maintenance of Active Directory, SCCM, SolarWinds, and VDI solutions. Additionally, I will leverage automation using PowerShell, Python, Ansible, or Terraform to enhance operational efficiency. Monitoring infrastructure against business requirements and SLAs will be essential, as will collaborating with other technical teams to support technologies that impact end-users. I will implement automation scripting to streamline updates and deployments, ensure compliance with security policies and frameworks, and uphold Security by Design principles. Furthermore, I will develop and maintain architecture and usage documentation.
