Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing team of engineers specializing in both traditional infrastructure and Azure DevOps.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Transition engineering resources into the new vertical and define the structure and skills required, including capabilities in DevOps, Data & Analytics and AI.
Cloud Platform Build and Maintenance
Lead the design, build, and maintenance of resilient and secure cloud-based solutions.
Define and implement standardised patterns, practices, and tools to support the development lifecycle.
Ensure platforms are optimized for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Cloud Optimization
Continuously review and optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency and performance improvements.
Ensure solutions adhere to best practices for security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
SME Technical Cloud Support
Provide 4th-line technical support for key applications, including mission-critical Audit platforms hosted on Azure.
Troubleshoot complex issues, ensuring minimal downtime and operational continuity.
Act as the technical escalation point for complex infrastructure and cloud-related incidents.
Environment Stability and Security
Ensure the stability, availability, consistency, and security of non-production environments across ATDT.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure environments are aligned with production standards and support quality assurance processes.
Strategic Contribution
Establish and shape the new engineering vertical, integrating seamlessly with existing towers.
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the vertical, aligning with organizational goals.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on platform strategy and execution.
