Organizational Overview

The Performance Marketing Team is the engine behind business growth as it handles the majority of marketing activities. This includes targeting the right audience through campaigns, distributing content via channel marketing, conducting a thorough analysis of campaign launches and budgets, and also ensuring compliance via surveillance and governance all to maximize results and maintain a competitive edge. Role Summary/Purpose

The Cardholder Documents Team oversees the creation, updating and maintenance of various content and communications. We are a seeking a Platform Manager to use Marketing Technology (for example, Docu-Nova) to create, update and deliver customer required communications. The Platform Manger would be responsible for accurately creating, updating, and creating various types of customer required communications and also lead initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Create, update and test regulatory-required cardholder documents using relevant Martech.
• Consistently maintain a ++.+ accuracy level for templates, content blocks, and documents.
• Manage the tactical execution of multiple online and printed templates for internal clients using Workfront to obtain required approvals.
• Ensure content, templates and documents meet client requirements, SYF/Client brand standards, channel requirements, legal and regulatory guidelines.
• Create or modify XML, Schema Definitions (XSD) as needed to create and/or update content blocks, templates, and documents.

Required Skills/Knowledge
• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of Experience in computer science, Information Services, Information Technology or in lieu of a degree 6+ Years of experience in computer science, Information Services, Information Technology
• 2-3 years of XML, XSD, Data Model and JavaScript experience.
• 3+ years of HTML, CSS and Oracle Database experience.
• 4+ years of Project Management, preferably Agile.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and inform team members.
• Strong problem solving and reporting skills.

Desired Skills/Knowledge
• Analytical thinking.
• Adobe InDesign experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Information Technology
• Master’s degree preferred

Eligibility Criteria

Work Timings: This role qualifies for Enhanced Flexibility and Choice offered in Synchrony India and will require the incumbent to be available between 06:00 AM Eastern Time – 11:30 AM Eastern Time (timings are anchored to US Eastern hours and will adjust twice a year locally). This window is for meetings with India and US teams. The remaining hours will be flexible for the employee to choose. Exceptions may apply periodically due to business needs.
