Design and Develop Platform software solution in general for
automotive domain.
ï'· Design Basic software for domains including Driver assistance,
Connectivity, User experience and vehicle body controls.
ï'· High-level decision makers in the process, determining design
choices to technical standards ( ex.
POSIX), such as platforms and
coding standards.
ï'· Thoroughly Record/Document every aspect of the System or
Solution.
ï'· Assess software and system issues to find solutions to them as per
requirements.
ï'· Collaborate with departments across the organization and
partners/suppliers across the industry.
ï'· Exhibit knowledge of development and operation methods related
to agile software.
ï'· Exhibit knowledge of practices and procedures related to the
distributed architecture.
ï'· Be an all-rounder and exhibit Hardware and software aspects of
any design.
ï'· Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and
workflow to coding standards
ï'· Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security,
modifiability, extensibility etc.
ï'· Collaborating with various stakeholders to determine software
requirements.
ï'· Creating high-level product specifications and design documents.
Qualifications - Internal
Job Experience:
ï'· 5+ years of experience as Software developer in LINUX/QNX based Base
/Platform Software.
ï'· Strong experience in Inter process communication frameworks.
ï'· Experience in designing software under memory constraint environment.
ï'· Proven experience as software architect.
ï'· Experience in software development and coding in various languages
ï'· Excellent knowledge software modeling methods.
ï'· Understanding of software quality assurance principles
ï'· Guiding and assisting the development team throughout the process.
ï'· Actively participates in the continuous improvement of software development
process; performs root cause analysis, identifies problem areas, and makes
ï'· Good work experience in Agile methodology
ï'· Good experience in Base SW Architecture, integration and familiar with
architectural concepts
