OPERATIONS
Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted function that partners with all parts of the firm to provide banking, securities, and asset management services to clients around the world. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and controls to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and its reputation. For every new product launched and every trade executed, it is Operations that develops and manages the processes and controls that enable business flow.

JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Perform oversight control of Greensky Operations Back Office teams seated in India - customer fulfilment, digital servicing, quality controls, management controls program, technical writing, and learning & development
• Responsible for real time tracking of service levels and escalations/remediations of issues impacting operational delivery
• Partner with business stakeholders and onshore USA management team to be a liaison and resolve critical issues impacting delivery
• Deliver on-going organizational structure reporting for business leaders
• Participate and drive initiatives along with cross-functional partners and relevant technology stakeholders to drive process improvements as identified
• Ability to work across different shift time, specifically covering US Time zones
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate degree
• 12+ years industry experience of which 5 years of people management experience
• Strong communications skills with ability to manage escalations with onshore USA counterparts, while leading from the front
• Experience developing action plans to improve business processes
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong judgement and comfort with ambiguity
• Strong PC Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience managing back-office teams
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Ability to work under minimal guidance
