We’re looking for a Technical support specialist for a remote role for Europe timezone. As an integral member of our product development team, you will ensure a seamless experience for our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Help the Jobbatical team (immigration experts), clients, client employees and partner agencies to use our technology platform better both during the onboarding and later through query resolution and technical guidance

• Develop deep understanding of our customers and talents needs via customer calls, analyzing session recordings and sharing those insights with the product team

• Work with the product team to improve our customer experience.

• Understand issues reported by users and debug at the first level before reporting it to the engineering team.

• Own the Helpdesk to ensure customers/users have all the information available to use Jobbatical software and all customer inquiries get replied in a timely and delightful manner.

• Help to create new workflows and own goals to improve our customer success.

• Setup automation on our platform using tools available inside the platform

• Own content creation for a seamless experience to handle repeat queries and communicate new features.

• Operational activities: Automation setups, data cleansing, client onboarding, agent trainings and help center content generation

Desired Profile:

• You have at least 3+ years of experience in a technical support role with preferable experience working in a fast-paced startup

• You must be an Engineering Graduation (B.Tech)/ Science Graduate

• Independent and proactive

• Very comfortable in google sheets, powerpoint.

• Experience in doing database queries for issue debugging

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Strong Debugging and Analytical skills to analyze the current implementations

• Startup experience is a bonus.
