Academic qualification
• Essential: Graduation / MBA/ PGDBM/ DBM in HR
• Desired: Course work or degree in niche skills, Engineering
Experience
• Relevant: 5-7 yrs in PLC Programming
• Total: 7+ yrs if from the relevant industry or with a part consulting background.
Soft Skills
• Effective English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Effective problem solving skills
• Effective time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure
Technical Skills
• Able to develop ladder program of PLC independently Schneider ,Siemens, Allen Bradley
• Testing the automation panels, plants
• Basic Electrical system and equipment's.
• Understand the basic Instrumentation.
• Able to read electrical drawings.
• Troubleshooting faults in the system.
Compensation
Upto 8LPA (CTC)
Environmental Condition
• Normal office environment
• Frequent exposure to factory environment
