We are seeking an experienced automation engineer with expertise in PLC/DCS programming, HMI/SCADA development, and commissioning of automation systems.
Skillset:
• Programming: Proficient in PLC/DCS programming on Rockwell/Siemens/ABB platforms.
• HMI/SCADA Development: Knowledgeable about HMI/SCADA development on Rockwell/Siemens/ABB platforms.
• Commissioning: Sufficient exposure to commissioning of automation systems.
• Troubleshooting & Networking: Skilled in troubleshooting and network establishment.
• Communication Protocols: Familiar with communication protocols like Modbus /OPC/Ethernet IP/Profinet/Profibus/IEC 61850 for interfacing with various systems.
Domain Knowledge:
• Design and Development: Experienced in designing and developing PLC and HMI software for heavy industrial equipment in ports, power & steel plants, mines etc.
• Utility & BOP: Designed and developed PLC and HMI software for utility & BOP projects in process plants, material handling projects.
• FAT: Conducted FAT at vendors premises.
• Pre-Commissioning and Networking: Involved in pre-commissioning and networking activities at site.
• Commissioning: Commissioned PLC system at site.
• Coordination: Coordinated with third-party systems suppliers for smooth integration of sub-systems into the main automation project.
Troubleshooting and Support:
Responsible for troubleshooting during operation & maintenance and providing support to customers as part of after-sales service.
