21/7 roster working across remote and regional NSW
Overtime & penalities on weekends
$30.62 – $37 per hour (dependent on experience)
Generous LAHA: $280 per day

About the role
This is a field‑based role on a 21/7 roster, travelling across regional and rural NSW. You’ll work 10–12 hour shifts with a supportive site team and receive a generous LAHA while away.
You’ll help install Optic Fibre cable for the Telstra Inter City Fibre (ICF) Network, a major nationwide upgrade.
Fibre & Hauling Works
Rod, rope and haul fibre — including hand hauling and machinery-assisted cable hauling
Civil works/general labouring
Repair blockages
Operate a range of plant and equipment (dozer, excavator, vacuum truck, winches, mobile crane, HR trucks)
What you’ll need (mandatory)
Current driver’s licence
Construction White Card
Desirable (Not essential — training can be provided)
HR truck licence
Excavator and Dozer VOCs
Pit, Pipe & Cable Hauling qualification
Senior First Aid
Traffic Management (Level 2)
Work Safely at Heights
Asbestos Awareness
High Risk Licence
Vehicle Loading Crane
Dogging/Rigging
