Plumber (225-1002)

Responsibilities
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings.
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues, ensuring effective troubleshooting solutions.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams for plumbing installations.
• Assist with the planning and installation of complex plumbing systems for new constructions.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems to prevent emergencies.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their plumbing needs and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national plumbing codes and regulations.
• Prepare cost estimates for plumbing services and provide clients with detailed reports.
• Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls and provide solutions efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all tools, products, and techniques in plumbing.
• Work collaboratively with other tradesmen and construction teams on site projects.
• Ensure clean and safe work environments, adhering to company safety policies.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a plumber, with a minimum of three years in the field.
• Valid plumbing license and up-to-date certifications in relevant specializations.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, equipment, and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to diagnose and resolve issues promptly.
• Proficient in the use of all hand and power tools related to plumbing work.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation for traveling to various job sites as required.
