We’re back and we’re looking for a Plumbing Foreman/Lead Hand to help oversee and manage exciting construction projects! If you’re a skilled, experienced plumber with leadership abilities, we want you to be part of our dynamic team.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and oversee the work of plumbers and field employees to ensure timely, efficient project completion within budget.
Evaluate customer requests and job sites, offering solutions that align with client needs.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
Review blueprints, building codes, and project specifications to ensure proper work procedures and quality.
Coordinate and schedule work crews, ensuring work stays on track and meets deadlines.
Inspect plumbing systems to ensure they’re operating efficiently and safely.
Supervise the installation of plumbing fixtures, when necessary.
Work closely with Project Managers and other teams to ensure smooth coordination and efficient workflow.
Train, supervise, and motivate team members to promote high-quality work and operational efficiency.
Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety guidelines and regulations.
Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, offering solutions to keep projects moving forward.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a licensed plumber with a solid track record of quality work.
Strong leadership and communication skills, able to motivate and manage a team.
Ability to follow safety procedures and ensure others do the same.
A team player who collaborates well with others.
Valid driver’s license and a clean criminal background check.
Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and active listening skills.
Ability to follow instructions and adapt to project changes.
