TXM Recruit are currently looking for Gas Safe Plumbers to work in the Chertsey, Surrey area working in ultra-high-end mansions for a private property management solution company.
· Location - Chertsey
· Salary – £40,000
· Hours – 8/9am to 4/5pm - Monday to Friday
· Weekends - 1-in-4 weekend shift
· Overtime - Overtime is there at 1.5x anything over 40hrs
Key responsibilities:
• Install, maintain and repair hot and cold-water services, sanitation and waste disposal systems and central heating systems.
• Installing, servicing, and repairing gas boilers, cookers, and other appliances,
• Checking for gas leaks and ensuring proper ventilation
• Fix and maintain piped services, including drainage.
• Testing of closed loop heating circuits for correct levels.
• Assist other staff members as required.
• Maintain inventory for plumbing materials.
• Liaise regularly with colleagues, supervisors, and managers to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered to the client at all times.
• Provide cover for colleagues during periods of absence.
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, particularly regarding health and safety.
• Seasonal shift & on call rota.
• Any other duties as and when requested.

Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Abilities:
• City & Guilds 6089 NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Plumbing
• Domestic gas safe qualification
• Full clean UK driving licence.
