Job Description
Join a dynamic and skilled team in creating large custom modular buildings, including schools, hospitals, banks, restaurants, and offices. As a plumber, you will contribute to the construction and assembly of these structures by installing various plumbing systems and fixtures. This is an opportunity to work on innovative and large-scale projects.
Responsibilities
• Follow blueprints to install PVC, PEX, Copper, and Cast iron pipe.
• Run hangers for pipe installation.
• Work on mains, drains, and install fixtures and finishes.
• Collaborate with electricians, carpenters, welders, and laborers to ensure successful project completion.
Essential Skills
• Proficiency in plumbing and pipefitting.
• Experience with PVC, PEX, Copper, and Cast iron.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience in commercial construction and large-scale projects.
• Skill in installing fixtures and hanging pipes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical installations.
• Residential plumbing experience is also acceptable.
• Use of hand tools required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.
