Plumber, Domestic Repairs
RG or SL Postcodes
42 to 45k in regular hours. Higher achievers up to 55k
Van, training, OT, extensive benefits package.
Medium sized repairs and maintenance specialist looking for plumbers to join their rapidly growing team. All work being completed in private domestic properties with the successful plumber working mainly in the postcodes above, depending on where you live.
There are lots of opportunities for growth within this company and they offer a very competitive salary with potential earnings on top of your basic salary. The call out rota is 1 week in 12. The current labour average around 45 to 50k with very little out of hours to reach that. Extensive benefits package also available.
This is a permanent position, full-time 5 day week, Monday to Saturday with rotas up to 3 months ahead, probably 1 Saturday per month. The successful plumber will be required to have a clean driving licence and be subject to a DBS check. Experience within this role is essential and the plumbers must hold a plumbing qualification. Higher rates are considered for plumbers with more advanced qualifications, experience and broader skill sets.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
You’ll perform plumbing tasks and other duties. While delivering top-notch customer service while meeting health and safety, financial, KPI, statutory, quality, and contractual requirements. This role allows you to start work from home and travel across your region daily, so a UK Driving Licence is essential.
Key responsibilities:
• Build and maintain client relationships within your area.
• Collaborate with the scheduling team and operations supervisor. Conduct monitoring and tasks as directed by your scheduler/line manager.
• Perform plumbing works as needed.
• Provide technical support to customers and colleagues.
• Schedule and manage multi-site visits.
• Conduct hazard/risk assessments on individual sites.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
Whether you're working for a small local plumbing company or a large organisation, we're just looking for someone with plumbing experience.
It would also be ideal if you have the following:
• Strong knowledge of domestic, commercial, and industrial water systems.
• Level 2 or 3/Advanced Plumbing qualification (ideal for working on larger pipework).
