Champoux Injection Inc. is seeking an experienced Plumber Apprentice to join our team in LeMoyne, Quebec. The successful candidate will work on residential and commercial excavation and plumbing projects across the greater Montreal area. This is a permanent, full-time position with opportunities for growth and on-the-job training.

Le candidat retenu travaillera sur des projets d'excavation et de plomberie résidentiels et commerciaux dans la grande région de Montréal. Il s'agit d'un poste permanent à temps plein offrant des possibilités d'avancement et de formation en cours d'emploi.
Responsibilities / Responsabilités:
Perform excavation work using heavy machinery and manual tools / Effectuer des travaux d'excavation à la machine et manuellement
Break concrete using mechanical or manual tools / Briser le béton à l'aide d'outils mécaniques ou manuels
Install French drain, main sewer and storm water drainage systems / Installer des drains français, égouts principaux et drains pluviaux
Solder and install copper pipes and fittings / Souder et installer des tuyaux et raccords en cuivre
Join pipes using couplings, clamps or soldering equipment / Assembler des tuyaux à l'aide de raccords, colliers ou équipement de soudage
Measure, cut, thread and bend pipes / Mesurer, couper, fileter et courber les tuyaux
Test pipes for leaks using pressure gauges / Tester l'étanchéité des tuyaux avec des manomètres
Work outdoors in all weather conditions / Travailler à l'extérieur par tous les temps
Follow health and safety regulations / Respecter les normes de santé et sécurité
Requirements / Exigences:
Secondary school diploma or equivalent experience / Diplôme d'études secondaires ou expérience équivalente
1 year to less than 2 years experience in plumbing or construction / 1 an à moins de 2 ans d'expérience en plomberie ou construction
English or French required — Spanish an asset / Anglais ou français requis — l'espagnol est un atout
Physical ability to perform manual labour / Capacité physique à effectuer des travaux manuels
Steel-toed safety boots and hard hat required / Bottes de sécurité à embout d'acier et casque obligatoires
Reliable, punctual and team-oriented / Fiable, ponctuel et esprit d'équipe
Pay: $35.00 per hour
