Your Duties:
To undertake all plumbing work as necessary in the maintenance and refurbishment including, bathroom suites/ wet rooms, kitchen replacements, general pipework, fitting cylinders, tanks, radiators, sink-tops, immersion heaters, shower trays and units and any other associated works.
To undertake, as and when required, first and second fix plumbing work.
To perform inspections of plumbing systems to identify repair and or replace.
To complete tasks outside their trade where required for operational purposes.
Your Profile:
Essential Criteria:
Have successfully complete either time served or skills based apprenticeship.
NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Plumbing.
Full Current UK Driving Licence.
Must be willing to cover after hours emergencies.
Additional Information:
Full-time, Temporary, 13 Weeks initially.
08:30-16:30, Monday-Friday.
A Basic Access NI Check is required.
