The Role
We are seeking an experienced Plumber to support maintenance operations across the El Questro estate. This role plays a critical part in maintaining water, wastewater and plumbing infrastructure across accommodation, staff facilities and operational assets in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out plumbing maintenance, repairs and installations
Respond to reactive plumbing issues across the property
Support preventative maintenance programs
Ensure work complies with safety and regulatory standards
Liaise with maintenance leadership and contractors as required
About You
Trade qualified Plumber with relevant licences
Experience in remote, commercial or facilities environments preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and a practical mindset
Comfortable working in a remote location

This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery
