Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to pass a background check and gain access to military installations
Successful completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program
Proven experience as a plumber with hands-on experience in working with plumbing materials and components
Excellent understanding of plumbing techniques and methods of installation and construction
Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
Basic knowledge of construction schedule with critical path items, job site management, general repairs/maintenance work, basic appliance and HVAC repair (replacing fixtures, installing parts), electrical, carpentry
Punchlist experience
Completion of OSHA 10 or ability to complete
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Ability to bend, climb, squat, reach, and kneel
Enjoy dealing with people
Willingness to do non-trade specific items
Ability to read technical documents and drawings
A willingness to always follow safety guidelines
Strong understanding of basic math
Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
Ability to read and understand information presented orally and in writing

Summary: We are hiring a Plumber to be responsible for the layout, installation, repairing, finishing, and maintaining of various structures and fixtures in residential buildings
This role will install and repair piping fixtures and systems, including, but not limited to: Hot water tanks, toilets, sinks, faucets, showers, tubs, etc

Complete redline drawings
Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
Install pipes and fixtures

Summary: We are hiring a Plumber to be responsible for the layout, installation, repairing, finishing, and maintaining of various structures and fixtures in residential buildings.
