Hays is working exclusively with a growing plumbing contractor that supports commercial, tourism, rural and community infrastructure projects across remote and regional Western Australia. Due to ongoing work and continued expansion, they are now seeking an experienced maintenance plumber for long-term FIFO work.
Your new role
In this hands-on and varied position, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of plumbing works across multiple sites. No two rotations are the same, and you will be working both independently and as part of a small team in remote environments.
Your duties will include:
Commercial installations and maintenance
Rural and remote plumbing works
Domestic installations and repairs
Supporting tourism facilities and essential community infrastructure
Fault-finding, breakdowns, and general maintenance
This role operates on a FIFO roster of approximately 3 weeks on / 1–2 weeks off, with Sunday travel.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will need:
Trade qualification as a plumber
Proven experience in maintenance plumbing
Ability to work autonomously in remote locations
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
A flexible, adaptable approach to work
Previous remote or regional experience (highly regarded)
