The Person
• Holds an NVQ Level 3 or Similar in Plumbing or a related field.
• Demonstrates extensive experience in plumbing maintenance, fault diagnosis, and compliance adherence.
• Possesses robust problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ready to participate in an on-call rotation to support the estate's operational needs.
