Location: Cheltenham Rate: £22.50 per hour + 45p per mile for inter-site mileage Contract: Long-Term Temporary (Potential for Permanent) Start Date: Immediate Are you an experienced Multi-Trade Plumber/Carpenter looking for long-term, stable work in Cheltenham? We are currently working with a reputable social housing provider who is seeking a skilled professional to join their reactive repairs and maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent, well-paid work with mileage covered and an immediate start. The Role:
• Carrying out reactive maintenance and repairs across social housing properties.
• A mix of plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
• Working in both occupied and void properties.
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Plumber/Carpenter.
• Strong background in reactive maintenance and social housing.
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Own tools and vehicle (Essential).
• Immediate availability is highly desirable.
