Plumber/Multi Trader

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Plumber/Multi-Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills across various trades, enabling them to carry out maintenance and repair tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team, ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades including bathroom fitting, plumbing, and basic carpentry & tilling.
• Assemble furniture and fixtures as required, ensuring quality and precision in every task.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete jobs.
• Perform heavy lifting when necessary, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Use basic maths skills for measurements and calculations related to projects.
• Maintain an organised work area, ensuring tools and materials are stored correctly.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and expectations.

Experience/Requirements
• Proven experience in a multi-trade role or similar position is preferred.
• You will be required to provide your own tools and equipment, however, consumables will be provided by us.
• Strong background in bathroom fitting or plumbing is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrable mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Experience in using both power tools and hand tools safely is essential.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily responsibilities.

We are able to provide operatives with a company van accompanied with a fuel card.

Pay: £34,750.00 per year
