• LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED PLUMBING AND DRAINAGE ENGINEERS
CUSTOMER SITES MAINLY LOCATED IN CENTRAL LONDON & SURROUNDING AREAS
MUST HOLD A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE
IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE
We are an independently owned specialist drainage company looking after various top hotels, restaurants, theatres and others large maintenance companies. We are looking for experienced engineers to grow our business – all-rounder hard working individuals (no time wasters). The ideal applicants must have knowledge and experience in all aspects of drainage/maintenance. Duties will involve attending to reactive callouts and Planned Preventative Maintenance. You will be expected to deliver a high standard of work and excellent customer service. Every job will be different from leaking pipes, replacement of manhole covers taps, CCTV works, descaling, jetting, unblocking, pipe replacement and other various drain related works. You will also need to put reports and findings together. The vehicle we provide will be equipped with Picote, Spartan and solo pro CCTV and also jetting equipment. There is an call rota in place as we provide emergency drainage services 24/7. We also offer an additional fixed "on call fee" for your allocated days & overtime hours. There will also be bonus paid for the right information / remedials.
We are looking for individuals with the following:
· Full UK clean driving licence.
· 3+ years drainage experience & 3+ years basic plumbing experience (groundwork / handyman experience also desirable).
· Valid skill specific accreditation: CSCS card, confined space, HPWJ, aspectos etc.
· Strong communication skills.
· Strong time management and organisational skills.
· Professional customer service skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team to troubleshoot issues and meet deadlines.
· Ability to carry out CCTV surveys, produce detailed findings and any recommendations or further work quotations as necessary.
· Enthusiastic “can do” attitude and consistent work ethic.
· Experienced in using the below-mentioned listed company equipment.
The successful candidate will be equipped with the following (work purposes only):
· Company vehicle / fuel card - equipped with HPWJ, mechanical cleaners (Spartan & Picote) and SoloPro Minicam CCTV equipment etc.
· Company phone to communicate with the office, Job Management Software app and Maps.
· Set of company uniform and work boots.
· Company Pension scheme.
