Job Description
Plumbing experience is not required.
We care far more about attitude, reliability, and how you treat customers than what you already know.
Why We’re Hiring
We’re looking for someone to support our day-to-day workload, free up senior staff, and grow into a role where they can eventually handle certain jobs independently.
What You’ll Be Doing (Especially at the Start)
Riding along with us and learning how we do things
Assisting with residential and light commercial plumbing work
Keeping the work truck clean and organized
Helping track stock and materials
Providing general job-site support
Learning tools, systems, and customer service expectations
Over time, the goal is to train you to confidently handle certain jobs on your own.
What Matters Most to Us
We will prioritize candidates who demonstrate:
Strong customer service skills
Reliability and punctuality
Solid work ethic
Willingness to learn and take feedback
Integrity and honesty
A good sense of humor and the ability to work as part of a team
We would rather hire someone with no experience and a great attitude than experience with the wrong mindset.
This Job Is NOT for You If
You have a bad attitude or make constant excuses
You struggle with reliability or accountability
You’re arrogant or think you already know everything
You take everything too seriously and can’t let things go
You’re disorganized or scattered and don’t improve with guidance
We believe skills can be taught — attitude cannot.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license (required)
Physically capable of hands-on work
Comfortable working in customers’ homes
Open to eventually being on-call
Interested in building a long-term career in the trades
What We Offer
Hands-on training and mentorship
Steady, consistent work
Pay increases as responsibility and skill grow
Opportunity to become a registered apprentice over time
Potential for a company truck and increased independence
A flexible, understanding, family-run work environment
We’re real people who understand life happens — and we expect professionalism in return.
How to Apply
Apply through Indeed and include a short written response answering:
Why do you want to get into plumbing, and why do you think you’d be a good fit for a small, family-run company like ours?
Applications without a response will not be considered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Work Location: In person
