Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Plumbing Counter Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with stock management, knowledge of plumbing fittings & accessories is essential. A valid driver’s licence is required.
Duties
Assist customers at the counter with enquiries and purchases
Manage stock levels and organise displays to ensure a well-presented environment
Support delivery operations by preparing items for dispatch and assisting with loading and unloading vans.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and storage areas
Communicate effectively with team members regarding stock levels, delivery schedules, and customer requests
Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures during all activities
Qualifications
Proven experience in plumbing trade counter
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
Valid driver’s licence.
Ability to organise tasks efficiently and work independently or as part of a team
