We’re on the hunt for a Plumbing Estimator to join our team at O’Shea Plumbing, a well-established, family-owned business with a reputation for quality and reliability. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on plumbing experience who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing:

Preparing accurate and timely estimates for plumbing works across fire services, drainage, and maintenance projects
Reviewing plans, specifications, and site conditions to assess scope and requirements
Liaising with suppliers, builders, and internal teams to source pricing and align project details
Assisting with proposal preparation, tender submissions, and project planning
Working closely with our operations and project teams to ensure smooth handovers and clear scopes
What we’re looking for:

Strong plumbing background, ideally with experience in fire service work and accredited drainage
Proven estimating experience
Great communication and organisational skills
Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
Tech-savvy and confident using estimating software and digital tools
Knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and regulations in Victoria
