Level Plumbing Tamworth is a leading plumbing company specialising in residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing services. We are currently seeking an experienced Plumbing Estimator to join our team.

The Plumbing Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs and resources required for plumbing projects. This includes interpreting project plans and specifications, conducting take-offs, obtaining quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, and preparing detailed cost estimates.

Responsibilities

Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to understand the scope of work and project requirements
Conduct material take-offs and accurately estimate the quantities of plumbing materials required
Obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors for materials and services
Analyze and evaluate quotes to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs
Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth project delivery
Track project costs and provide regular reports to management


Requirements

Proven experience as a Plumbing Estimator
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and materials
Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
Proficiency in using estimating software and tools
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
