Summary
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Foreman to join our team to lead commercial office renovation projects.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise field project team members 2-10
Coordinate and manage subtrades
Supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Review blueprints, specifications, schematics, and project documents accurately to guide construction efforts.
Communicate with Project Managers regarding progress, site issues, RFIs
Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare detailed reports on project status and performance.
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction management within the commercial or industrial sectors.
Proficiency in ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and related construction management software.
Strong supervisory skills with a track record of leading construction teams.
Excellent blueprint reading and schematic interpretation abilities.
Solid understanding of budgeting, cost estimation, and quality control processes.
Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Pay: $56.37-$58.82 per hour
