As a Plumbing Foreman, your main duties will include
Supervising and coordinating the activities of the plumbing team to ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality
Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems and materials required
Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in accordance with state and local plumbing codes
Conducting regular inspections of plumbing systems and identifying any issues or potential problems
Training and mentoring junior plumbing staff, providing them with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles
Ensuring the safety of the team by implementing and enforcing strict safety guidelines and procedures
Communicating effectively with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that arise
Resolving any plumbing-related issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner
