Responsibilities
Provides assistance in the installation of water heaters/plumbing systems to residential and/or commercial customers
Provides assistance with troubleshooting, maintenance and service of water heaters/plumbing systems
Maintains good customer relations and applies technical skills
Apply general knowledge of industry standards and government regulations to all work
Responsible to maintain equipment, tools and company vehicles, in clean and in good working condition
Ensure job site cleanliness and organization through all phases of the service process
Preparation of work site as directed

Rescue Rooter is a national service leader, and we are looking for a Plumbing Helper to join our successful, growing team to assist with water heater installations.

• Provides assistance with troubleshooting, maintenance and service of water heaters/plumbing systems
• Maintains good customer relations and applies technical skills

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
• Must have basic plumbing capabilities and prior experience is a plus
• Must be physically able to work in a variety of spaces to include crawl spaces, rafters, attics, roofs, etc to perform installations
• Knowledge of local and national plumbing code is desired
• Solid interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required
