Responsibilities:
• Assist with installation of plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and other equipment in residential settings.
• Perform equipment and parts upgrades as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate installations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential plumbing installation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
Salary:
During training, the pay rate is $15-20 per hour. After training, depending on experience and if you are ready to become an Installer, our average Plumbing Installer earns between $60,000 to $75,000 annually, with top performers averaging over $85,000 annually. There's limitless earning potential!
