A Little Bit About the Team:
You’ll be working alongside experienced repipe crews, installers, and field leadership who understand the pace and expectations of residential production plumbing. The team is hands-on, supportive, and focused on getting jobs completed efficiently and professionally.
Must Have Qualifications:
• 2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience
• Experience with repipes (PEX and/or copper preferred)
• Experience with water heaters (tank and tankless)
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas
• Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production environment
Nice to Have Qualifications:
• Experience leading a crew or acting as a lead installer
• Experience with whole-home repipes
• Basic drywall/patch awareness after installs
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Must Have Soft Skills:
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to hustle and work efficiently
• Team-oriented mindset
• Good communication with team and homeowners
Day to Day Duties:
• Complete residential plumbing installations and repipes
• Install water heaters (tank and tankless)
• Work on whole-home repipes (PEX and copper)
• Communicate with dispatch and team on job progress
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Ensure quality and efficiency on every job
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (based on job completion)
Pay Range:
Hourly + production (DOE)
Strong earning potential based on performance
Compliance Needed:
Valid Driver’s License
Clean MVR
