Plumbing Sales Technician – Commission-Based Pay | $150K–$200K+ Uncapped

Here at One Stop Plumbing & Septic we are a leading emergency-based residential plumbing service provider in Miami, focused strictly on service, repair, and maintenance — not construction. Our technicians are professionals who can diagnose problems, present solutions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
(water heaters, drains, fixtures, tankless systems, etc.)
Respond to emergency service calls with urgency and professionalism
Present repair and maintenance solutions to homeowners
Educate customers on preventative maintenance programs
Deliver honest, high-integrity, top-tier customer service
Accurately document work performed and recommendations
What we are looking for
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, repairs, and services
Sales experience required (plumbing or any service-based sales preferred)
Ability to confidently present options and close sales
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Must be able to speak and understand English clearly
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
