Plumbing Service Technician / Residential Service preferred – Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric
KENTUCKY LICENSE REQUIRED - JOURNEYMAN or MASTER LICENSE
Location: Louisville, KY (Branch Location)
Compensation: $70,000 – $120,000 annually (DOE + performance incentives)
Work Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Several Shifts: Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays; flexible shifts including 8 AM starts, 8 PM ends, and a 4-day/10-hour option (Sunday–Wednesday * AM–8 PM)
Reports To: Plumbing Service Manager

What You’ll Do
Respond to residential service calls promptly and professionally
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide practical, customer-focused solutions
Estimate costs for repairs and installations with accuracy
Perform plumbing repairs and installations efficiently, meeting company standards
Maintain strong customer rapport and promote the Tom Drexler brand
Safely lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
Required:
Current Kentucky Journeyman Plumbing License
Residential plumbing service experience
Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings and rotating Saturdays
Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain professional client relationships
Energetic, positive, and self-motivated mindset
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Preferred:
Master Plumbing License
Sales and customer engagement experience
Pre-Employment Requirements
