Job Description
Supervise and monitor day-to-day plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance activities at project sites.
Oversee installation of water supply, drainage, sewage, stormwater, STP/ETP, pumps, and sanitary fixtures as per GFC drawings and BOQs.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure work execution as per project specifications and timelines.
Inspect and test plumbing systems for leakages, pressure testing, and quality standards.
Ensure proper deployment of manpower and optimum use of materials/tools.
Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), material consumption, and labor attendance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and quality norms.
Assist in snagging/de-snagging and final handover of plumbing systems.
Provide technical support to workers and resolve site-related issues promptly.
