A plumbing supervisor typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
- Coordinating with other departments such as construction or maintenance to ensure that all work is done according to codes and standards
- Inspecting the work of plumbers to ensure that they are performing their jobs correctly
- Ensuring that all safety procedures are followed at all times, such as wearing protective clothing, using lifelines, and using respirators
- Ensuring that all plumbing work complies with federal, state and local laws and regulations
- Managing a team of plumbers and other support staff members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Estimating project costs and scheduling timelines for completion of work
- Performing routine inspections of work sites to ensure that work is proceeding according to plans
- Conducting training sessions to ensure that all plumbers are properly trained in new technologies or procedures
- Recommending changes to company policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
• Salary: ₹25,202.38 - ₹33,652.+8 per month
